Thomas "Tom" Wilkinson

Thomas “Tom” David Wilkinson, 80, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 10, 2022 at Salina Regional Medical Center in Salina, KS.

Tom was born on March 2, 1941 to Clarence and Mabel Wilkinson. He attended the Kansas School for the Deaf in Olathe, KS and after graduation he moved to Salina. Tom retired from Kansas State University-Salina where he worked as a Custodian for 25 years. He was an active member of the First Southern Baptist Church.

Tom enjoyed painting, drawing and fishing. Tom was a happy person and had a kind and gentle nature. He will be remembered for his cheerful attitude and bright smile.

Tom was preceded in death by his father and mother. He is survived by his brother Allen of Overland Park.

A private inurnment will take place in Overland Park. There will not be a service.
