Michael E. Demo

Michael “Mike” E. Demo, 65, of Lee’s Summit, MO, passed away on November 21, 2024.

Mike was born on December 3, 1958 in Norman, Oklahoma to Charles and Mary Demo. He grew up in Overland Park, Kansas, graduating from Shawnee Mission West high school in 1978.

After high school, he attended the University of Kansas and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982. From there he furthered his education at DeVry Institute of Technology. He graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree in 1986 and a Bachelor of Science in 1987.

Mike enjoyed the outdoors. He had a passion for camping and fishing and spent many weekends camping with family. He also enjoyed watching his KU Jayhawks.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles F. Demo Jr and brother-in-law, Gary Boyd. He is survived by his mother, Mary Demo, his sisters, Therese Boyd, Kathy Demo and his brothers and their wives Pat and De Ann Demo, Tom and Jody Demo. He loved his many nieces and nephews and one great nephew.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Mike will be deeply missed by his family.
