Matthias Samuel Loux - Mattie - was born on Oct 20, 2010. He was quickly & lovingly adopted into the family of John & Tracie Loux. After an extended stay in a St Louis hospital, he was moved to Children's Mercy in Kansas City to be nearer to the Loux family home. Eventually he was able to reside in the Loux home, where his brilliant spirit and vibrant personality grew more and more prominent to all.
Mattie went to be with the Lord on Aug 21, 2014, during a severe asthma attack. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Derek Loux. He is survived by his father, John, his mother, Tracie, His brother and sister in law, Nick and Amy, brothers Taylor and Aiden and sisters Isabelle, Elia and Emma.
Funeral services will be held 1pm Wednesday 8-27 at the Vineyard Church of Overland Park 8301 Lamar Op. Ks. 66207 visitation from 11 to 12:45pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider the needs of the family.
