Mary Ann Coble, 84, of Liberty, Missouri, peacefully passed away on August 23, 2021.
Mary was born on August 13, 1937, in Kansas City, Missouri to Thaddeus Joshua and Margaret Wright. Mary and Dale L. Coble were married on September 17, 1955 in Kansas City. She worked as a secretary for Western Auto and later as a tax examiner for the IRS. After retirement, Mary and Dale moved to Warsaw, Missouri, and she enjoyed keeping track of family, riding on their boat, taking care of many pets over the years and volunteering in Warsaw at the Warm House. She cooked for numerous organizations including the Lion’s Club. She was a member of the Warsaw Methodist Church and a proud member of the Red Hat Society of Warsaw.
Mary and Dale resided in a community known as Winegar’s Teal Bend and they volunteered much time to the development of the neighborhood.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Dale, her parents, 3 brothers, Charlie, Bill, and Dale and her sister Lucille. She is survived by her 3 children: Debbie (Steve) Wood, Dan (Judi) Coble and Bob Coble, 7 grandchildren; 6 Great-grandchildren and 2 sisters, Pat Dietzman and Kathy Wilson.
Services for Mary will be on Thursday, August 26, 2021, at 11AM at Longview Funeral Home, 12700 SE. Raytown Rd., Kansas City, MO 64149. Interment will follow in Longview Cemetery. Masks and social distancing are required. Mary’s service will be streamed online through the Longview Funeral Home’s Facebook Live. A link can be found on Mary’s Memorial page.
