Marion Giesing

Marion Giesing was a gentle loving lady who was born July 9th, 1917 in Lyons, Nebraska to Alice and Frank Roscoe.  Her childhood days were spent with her sisters Isabel, Marjorie, Tressie and brother Milton.  She married Harold Giesing August 7th, 1951 and moved to Kansas City, Missouri 2 years later.  She was a loving mother to Dennis and Janet Giesing.  She has 3 granddaughters Nicole, Ashley and Katie as well as 7 great grandchildren Dristin, Alexa, Teigan, Nikeese, Karly, Rory and Knox who looked up to her as their inspiration. She had a love for children from her early days as a teacher that carried on throughout her life as she was a mother, grandmother (Gram) and great grandmother (MiMi).  She lived a long full life and gently passed away on January 3rd, 2017.  She will truly be missed and will be loved forever.
