Marilyn R. Scott, 64, of Lone Jack, MO, passed away at her home, Friday evening January 29, 2009, after a long illness. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at Newcomer's Longview Funeral Home and Cemetery, with burial immediately following at Longview Memorial Gardens.
Marilyn was born July 19, 1944 in Kansas City, MO to E.Raymond and Vernice E. Hilton. She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her husband Jonh Scott of the home, her mother, a sister and borther-in-law, Phyllis (Clarance) Haile, her children, David (Beverly) Baker, Danielle (Darin) Fugitt, Jennifer (Steve) Siu, Katherine (Matt) Randolph and Daniel Scott; her grandchildren, Bradley (Angela) Baker, Matthew Baker, Misty (Robert) Edie, Mackenzie and Ethan Fugitt; and 6 great grandchildren. Contributions may go to the American Cancer Association.
