Leslie A. Cordell passed away Monday, March 3, 2014. She was born October 4, 1961 in Ottawa, Kansas to Bobby L. and Wilma A. Schouten (Robinette) both preceded her in death.
Leslie moved to Raytown, MO at a young age. She graduated from Raytown South High School in 1979 and also from Longview Community College. Leslie was employed at Time Warner Cable at the time of her death. She was a loving mother and she loved to read. Her favorite authors were LaVyrle Spencer and Dorothy Garlock.
Leslie leaves to cherish her memory two children, Amanda E. Cordell and Dustin A. Cordell (Tyree') both of Lee's Summit, MO; husband, Duane Cordell of Lee's Summit, MO; one brother, Keith Schouten of Raytown, MO; and her good friend and co-worker, Marilyn Watson and a host of other relatives and friends.
