Larry Vineyard

Larry C. Vineyard, 78, of Grandview, passed away January 14, 2021.  Memorial services will be 1:00pm Tuesday, January 26 at Longview Funeral Home, with interment to follow at Longview Cemetery.

Larry was born on February 27, 1942 in Dixon, Missouri to Charlie and Grace (Giesler) Vineyard.  He was an aircraft electrician for the U.S. Navy, retiring in 1981 with the rank of Chief Petty Officer (E-7) after 21 years of service.  Larry was a member of Coronation of Our Lady Catholic Church in Grandview.  He enjoyed reading, drawing, cooking, and his pets, but most of all he loved time spent with family.

Larry was preceded in death by a son, Robert Patrick, and a brother, Bob.  He is survived by his wife, Joy Vineyard; daughter, Kelly Lowe (Deke); grandchildren:  Ricky, Ashley, and Jennifer; several great grandchildren and extended grandchildren and great grandchildren; and one brother, Don Vineyard (Betty.)

Larry will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
