Jacob Puhr

Jacob Michael Puhr, 19, passed away October 18, 2019. He was born July 13, 2000 in Butler, MO to Stephanie and Michael Puhr.

He graduated from Grandview High School in May of 2018. During high school, he participated in baseball, football, weights, and cross country. He attended Herndon Career Center to acquire a trade in automotive's. After high school he went on to work in the construction field. Jacob was fun loving and loved the outdoors. He enjoyed riding dirt bikes, motorcycles, and four wheeler's. He also loved hunting, shooting, and racing. If it involved going outside, he was there.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Charles Puhr; great-grandmother, Joanne Puhr; grandmother and grandfather, Tyuana and Roger Strange.

Jacob is survived by his parents, Michael and Stephanie Puhr; three brothers, Charles, Daniel, and Michael Puhr; two sisters, Audrey and Lilith Puhr; grandparents, Charlie Puhr and Terry Cave, Richard Lopez and Beverly Conner; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family members.

A visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Friday, October 25, at Longview Funeral Home, 12700 SE Raytown Rd, Kansas City, MO 64149. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, October 26, also at Longview Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Longview Cemetery.
