Glenda Juneea Moore, 81, of Raymore, MO passed away on December 27, 2016.
Glenda was born on March 30, 1935 to Henry Earl & Marvell Isaacs in Blodgett, Missouri. She married Kenneth Moore on August 25, 1956. They enjoyed 60 years together. She served the Hazelwood School District in St. Louis for over 25 years as secretary to the Superintendent. Throughout her life she was a person of faith, avid reader, wonderful cook and a thrifty shopper. She enjoyed the occasional vacation with Kenneth, but she was the happiest spending time at the condo in Branson MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Othela Cook. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; her sons: Kerry (Joye) Moore and Bradley (Deborah DePew) Moore; her grandchildren: T. J. Moore and Taylor Moore; her sisters: Carmela Bryeans and Laila (Jim) Knupp; her brother, Allen (Joyce) Isaacs; and her nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 30th at 2:00 pm at Longview Funeral Home, with a visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow in Longview Cemetery.
