Frank "Francis" Karl Staudenraus

Francis "Frank" Karl Staudenraus passed away on January 29, 2024, Frank was born on January 6, 1938, in Royal Oak, Michigan and resided in the Kansas City area following his years in the Air Force. 

In the Air Force Frank served his country in communication and Technologies. He was always driven to contribute to something larger than himself.

Frank enjoyed a career as a Computer Programmer, once retired he then trained to become a massage Therapist. Frank also enjoyed being a HAM radio operator, radical gardener, and avid beekeeper. 

Frank always had a unique way of connecting with others and was considered a great friend to many. He belonged to many clubs and organizations including the Unity church. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Francis and Fran Staudenraus and brother Chris. Frank leaves behind his children Chris Kimmey, Angela Matney (Rand), Rachael Grove (Mark), and Josh Staudenraus. His grandchildren; Seamus, Randi, Cori, Oliver, Rose, and Luna, and great-granddaughter Elanora. He is also survived by his sister Rita. 

The funeral arrangements are in the care of Longview Funeral Home and will hold a private family interment.  In lieu of flowers the family would like donations made to Bradys Bunch https://bradysbunchlacrosse.sportngin.com/register/form/561476610 - an organization that benefits families battling childhood cancer.  Those who wish to pay respects may visit Frank at the ossuary at Longview Cemetery after March 1st.
