Our angel Dylan, left us on Monday January 27th after a three week stay in the NeuroICU battling an infection that started on his heart valves. 

Dylan Kyle Jones was born on October 8th, 1995 in Kansas City and met his forever family two years later in August of 1997, bringing so much joy with him. Dylan had Down Syndrome and Autism and survived three major heart surgeries. He loved music, sports, winning many medals in Special Olympics, going to the lake, hanging with friends, traveling, making others laugh and enjoying his dogs Penny & Rocky. He especially loved going to the movies or on dates with his girlfriend, Hannah., And really loved Chiefs football!. He is survived by his parents, Shawn & Jill Jones, two younger brothers, Garrett Jones and Braden Jones, and his grandma (and lunch buddy) Linda Ward. 

Dylan was a joyous spirit, fun-loving, fiercely competitive and ornery! He was a ray of light to all who met him and he will be missed dearly!

Services will be held Friday January 31st with visitation at 8:30 and Service at 10am at Longview Funeral Home,
