Mr. Donald Anderson

Donald Charles Anderson died March 29, 2009 at home after a long illness. He was born Jan 16, 1903. He retired from the Air Force and FAA. He is survived by his wife, Joetta Martha Mascher Anderson - married Nov 23, 1984. He is also survived by his brother, Merlin & Anita Anderson of Fortuna, CA; sister, Dorothy Solomon of Caldwell, Idaho; children, Nita & Tim Haas of Raymore, MO, Jeffery & Gretta Anderson of Lee Summit, MO; step-children, Kathy & Dorsen Mercer of Stone Mountain, GA, Martha & Rodger Leek of Emporia, KS, Patty & Arthur Ruiz of Belton, MO, Jim & Cheryl Wills of Sunrise Beach, MO, Paula & Harold Mann of Independence, MO, and Jerry Wills; grandchildren, Shannon Anderson, Daniel Anderson, Karl & Emily Mercer, Andrea & Dave Conlan, Tony & Kaylene Leek, Angela Leek, Michelle Wills, Mellissa & Cole Antill, A2C Joshua & Amanda Wills; great grandchildren, Analicia, Courtney & Dalton Leek, Grace & Karley Mercer Emma & Morgan, Joetta Conlan, Justin, Kevin Antill, Kayleigh Wills and Cammi Ruiz; nieces and nephews Lydell Anderson, Brenda & Curtis Sutherland, Monty & Anna Solomon and Rhonda & Barry Wood. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Donna Jean Campbell Bentham Anderson, married May 16, 1952 - Dec 31, 1983, and his parents, Charles & Ruby Anderson. Funeral Service will be held 11a.m. Thursday, April 2, 2009 at South Haven Baptist Church, Belton Mo. Friends may call from 10-11 a.m. at the church. Burial Belton Cemetery, Belton Mo.
