Dennis Fulk

Dennis N. Fulk, 67, of Independence, MO, passed away on September 13, 2018 at home.

Dennis was born June 30, 1951 in Kansas City, Missouri to George and Jean Fulk. He spent his career as an orthopedic nurse for 34 years. Dennis married the love of his life, Ann Woodson, on January 7, 1972. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, listening to Blues music, reading, and watching TV.

Dennis was preceded in death by parents. He is survived by his wife, Ann; his children: Daniel (Jay Potter) Fulk and David (Brandy) Fulk; his grandchildren: Chase, Alaina, and Eriannah; his brother-in-law, Larry (Stefany) Woodson; nephews: Jack, Alex, Michael and niece: Maria; and loving friends.
