Delores Magaña

Delores Magaña, 79, of Greenwood, MO, passed away on April 17, 2018 at home, surrounded by loved ones.

Delores was born June 2, 1938 in Saint Joseph, MO to Thomas and Nora Langley.  Delores was a graduate of Benton HS and received her cosmetology license from G’s Beauty School both of St. Joseph MO.  Delores was the proprietor of Park Plaza Beauty Salon. She moved to Kansas City MO in 1974. Delores worked at the IRS for over 20 years, many of those years as a manager.

Delores was preceded in death by her parents: Thomas and Nora Langley; her brother, Orris and his wife Almeda Langley; and her nephew, Dennis Langley. She is survived by her children: Martin and Kim Magaña, Marla and Terry Neace, Michael and Kristi Magaña and Michelle Bullington; grandchildren: Andrew and Alyson Neace, Alayna and Evan Magaña and John, Breanna, Alexis and Linzie Bullington; and countless nieces, nephews and loved ones.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at Longview Funeral Home, 12700 S Raytown Rd, Kansas City, MO 64149, with funeral services to be held at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow in Longview Cemetery.  Memorial donations to Serenity Hospice Care, 1626 E. Elm, Harrisonville MO 64701.
