Connie (Thompson) Fann died with her family by her side at Truman Medical Center in Kansas city, Missouri on February 18th 2015, at the age of 66.
Connie is survived by her husband Harold Fann and her 2 daughters, Renee Forbes and Veronica Carrera, Grandchildren Stephen, Adeline, Payton and Karli Forbes, William and Deianeira Carrera, Great Grand Kids Asher, Isla, Grayson, Hadley, Sisters Shirley Meeks, Pauline Walkenhorst, Elaine Campbell, Georgia Rutherford and brother John Thompson, all from Lee’s Summit Missouri.
Connie was born on June 11, 1948 in Lee’s Summit to Herbert and Ona Thompson. Connie graduated from Lee’s Summit High school and married Harold, her high school sweetheart.
Visitation scheduled for Monday February 23rd, 2015 beginning at 11:00 and service at 1:00 at Longview Funeral Home, with grave side service immediately following at Floral Hills East. David Mahurin will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Connie’s life. In Lieu of flowers all donations are appreciated and will be accepted at the funeral home to help with medical and funeral expenses.
