Claude Bullington

Claude Oliver Bullington, 100, of Kansas City, Mo peacefully passed on September 17, 2019 at Crown Care Center in Harrisonville, Mo. Claude, Son of John and Bertie Bullington, was born June 30, 1919 in Busch, Arkansas. He was a loving and devoted husband and father, grandfather, great grandfather, and great-great grandfather. Claude was a devout family man and a man to be respected and loved because he was so easy to love. He most cherished his time spent with his wife of 78 years and surrounding himself with friends and family. Claude never knew a stranger. He had a great passion for gardening, fishing, hunting, and yard work. His goal in life was always to put others first. Claude was preceded in death by his parents John and Bertie Bullington, sisters Jean Howard, Josephine Newsom, Ambilene Freeman, Estaline McMichael, and brother John Bullington, daughter Linda Hightower, granddaughter Leslie Hoenshell, and wife Mary Bullington. He is survived by his daughter Carol Bullington of Kansas City, Mo, son John Bullington and wife Sue of Pleasant Hill, Mo, and daughter Claudia Davolt and husband Larry of Peculiar, Mo. Claude is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
