Clarence Johnson

Clarence Johnson, 87, of Kansas City, MO made his heavenly transition on Thursday, October 3, 2019. Clarence Johnson was born July 26, 1932, in Fondale, Louisiana, to the union of the late Mr. Clarence Johnson & Mrs. Carrie Brown Johnson.

He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He will be remembered as a loving family man, who was always busy whether it was working as a mail handler, dabbling in real estate, or delivering flowers. His hobbies were watching the Yankees and the Lakers, talking sports with family and friends, working crossword puzzles, watching Jeopardy and listening to Jazz.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years Hazel Johnson, children Sheryl Roulette, Ronald Johnson, Bobby (Taina) Johnson, Carla Johnson and Brian Johnson. Grandchildren Gerald Anthony and Tyler Christopher Roulette. Brothers Thomas and Leroy Johnson.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 10, 2019, from 12-1 PM Funeral Service will follow at 1 PM at Longview Funeral Home and Cemetery 12700 SE Raytown Rd. Kansas City, MO 64149.
