Christen A. Borne, 50 of Belton, Mo., died Monday, May 11, 2009 at her home. Memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Saturday, May 16, 2009 at Newcomer’s Longview Funeral Home and Cemetery, with inurnment at a later date. Friends may call from 6-7 p.m. at the chapel.
Mrs. Borne was a sales representative at ROM where she considered her associates her extended family. She was a navy veteran. Christen was survived by her husband Gary, daughter Melissa McGaha, son Gary, parents Harold and Mary Bullard, sister Beth Bullard, brother David Bullard and Five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Phillip J. Borne. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Kansas City Cancer Center.
