Carol was born December 31, 1937 to Mancel and Maxine Smart in Kansas City, Missouri. She married Olen Justice in 1961. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and she will be dearly missed. Her death is preceded by her parents, and her husband, brothers Daniel and Jack, and sister Joann. She is surrived by 2 sons Chris and fianc?e Rachael of Boulder, CO, Charlie and wife Carrie of Raymore, MO; two grandchildren Connor and Alanna.
