Brandon M. “Smokey” Scott, 28, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away on January 1, 2018.
Brandon was born on April 11, 1989 to Andrea Scott in Kansas City, Missouri. Brandon attended Winnetonka High School and was known for collecting a large group of friends during his lifetime. He had a large heart and would always try to help others no matter what, but his children always came first as they were his world. Brandon had many skills and was known as a “jack of all trades” aka Lucky Charm. To say that he will be missed is an understatement, he will forever be remembered by his friends and family. He will always be in our hearts, now and forever.
Brandon is preceded in death by his mother, Teresa Scott; his uncle, Curtis Scott; his aunt, Tracie Swope; his uncle, Jeffery Scott; his grandpa, Charlie Scott; Grandma “Sugar” and Grandpa Kelsey and Grandma and Grandpa Scott.
He is survived by his mother, Andrea Scott; his brothers: Ryan Scott and Nicholas Scott; Melissa Strickland and their children: Madison, Hayden, and Zane; his grandmother, Verna Scott; his aunt, Tracy Fenner; his aunt, Ericka Scott; cousins: Brian, Shawn, Shelby, CJ, Cory, Clayton, Kelsey, Britney, Johnny, Shane, and Wesley; and his fiancé, Stephanie Sutton.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, January 17th from 7:00 – 9:00 pm at Longview Funeral Home, 12700 S Raytown Rd, Kansas City, MO 64149.
