Bonnie Whitfill

Bonnie Carolyn Whitfill, 76, passed away on February 15, 2020.

Bonnie was born on November 30, 1943 in Kansas City, MO. After completing high school she received her cosmetology license and from then on she worked as a beautician for many years. Bonnie also became the kitchen manager for the Hickman Mills School District where she enjoyed providing meals to all the students in the district. In 1962, she married Gordon Whitfill and they had two children. Family was always very important to Bonnie and she loved nothing more than spending time with them.  She was enjoyed singing and playing the guitar, especially to country music. Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents and husband of 53 years, Gordon Whitfill and is survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and beloved dog, Milly.

Funeral services will be held at Abundant Life Church (414 SW Persels Rd, Lees Summit, MO) on Friday, February 28th at 11:00am, with visitation held one hour prior.
