Robert "BJ" Johnson, 60, Grain Valley, Mo., passed away December 21, 2007. BJ was born Dec. 10, 1947, in Des Moines, Iowa. He was a golfer. Survivors include his wife, Carole Frisbie of Grain Valley; daughters, Kristen and husband JD Fite, Atlanta, Ga., and Mary Beth and husband Ryan Breckenkamp, Grain Valley; son, Kevin Johnson, Kansas City, Mo.; stepsons, Devin Frisbie and wife Michelle, Liberty, Mo., and Todd Frisbie, Grain Valley; grandchildren, Taylor Frisbie, Jackson Frisbie, R. Michael Breckenkamp and Grace Breckenkamp; his mother, Mrs. Phyllis Johnson, Des Moines; and siblings, Ted and wife Carol Johnson, Orange County, Calif., and Mary Kay Smith and husband Craig Smith, Salt Lake City, Utah; and nephew, Brian Johnson and family. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 28, at D.W. Newcomer's Longview Funeral Home and Cemetery. Burial in Longview Cemetery.
