Annette Rupard, 68, of Grandview, Missouri passed away on November 27, 2021. Annette was born into the loving home of Ernest Noriega and Gloria (Vicens) Noriega on January 24, 1953, In New York City, New York. She was a 1971 graduate of Mother Cabrini High School.
Annette later would make her way to Kansas City, Missouri where she would meet the love of her life in a bar while he was working as a bouncer. Their love bloomed and Annette married David E. Rupard in July of 1981. From that union they were blessed with a beautiful baby girl Christina. Annette and Christina were the best of friends and the perfect mother daughter duo. They could talk about anything, and Annette was a great listener to everyone who knew her. David and Annette would settle in Grandview, Missouri and she would begin working for Peterson Manufacturing, from which she retired in 2019 after 43 years of service. She loved baking cakes for her co-workers and family members birthdays and special events. Baking was special to her because her first job in New York was working at a local bakery as a decorator; Some of Annette’s favorite hobbies were reading Stephen King novels and charcoal paintings.
Annette was preceded in death by her parents Ernest Noriega and Gloria (Vicens) Noriega, as well as her loving husband David E. Rupard.
She is survived by her daughter Christina Rupard, grandchildren Joey and Jackie, and her only great grandchild Micah. Annette will be truly missed by many other family and friends.
Services for Annette will be Tuesday December 7, 2021 at Longview Funeral Home & Cemetery with Visitation beginning at 1pm followed by Service and burial at 2pm.
